So many purposes!
Work, play, I even imagine I'll use this at the farmer's market. It's a great bag and bigger than it seems. Folded in half with the larger strap it is almost as big as a messenger bag. All the way open it's huge.
I love the three different carrying options. There are the regular handles, then two smaller ones right at the seems, and then the large strap. Very useful.

Great, versatile bag
I'm really enjoying this bag. I love the versatility. It packs down small when you have a small load; but it also holds a lot when you need it to. I've used many, many shoulder/messenger bags and this is my current favorite. The simple, subtle design also looks a bit more professional than a brightly colored messenger bag.
My only complaint would be that some of the buttons pull open when the bag is full with a big load.

Great no fuss style
I needed a bag that could wear a lot of hats - and this one does! It's great looking, the small zip pocket in the back is just right for my wallet and keys and the inside tablet pocket is big enough for my Macbook Air. This bag has plenty of room for all the stuff I carry around without looking sloppy.

great bag, comfortable to carry, and holds all my stuff
I love the bag. It is bigger than what I perceived from the picture. I am 5'3 so it may looks bigger on me than on the models in the pictures. The bag is really well made. The handles are comfortable even with heavy load. There are so many ways to carry it. There is a card slot and two pan holders inside the zippered pocket on the backside of the bag. The slip pocket inside the bag can hold more than an iPad. I put both an iPad and an A4 notebook in there. The outside front slip pocket is big too. There is no zippered pocket inside the main compartment. I believe the lining is water-resistent too. I use this bag for everyday commute but I think I will use for all my travels as well because it can easily hold a water bottle, a light sweater, a pair of flats, and a book. The top can be folded over and secured so it is safe while travelling. Another plus is the black color, it fits my jeans and my suits.
