Detailed instructions to send back your return can be found on the back of the packing slip. You will find the packing slip inside a plastic sleeve located on the outside of your package. If you have misplaced your packing slip, received the items as a gift, or do not have a packing slip, please contact customer service at 877-454-5628 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to process a return authorization. Please do not send items back without a packing slip or return authorization. Please allow at least three (3) weeks to process your return.
Please keep in mind Nau is not responsible for goods that are lost or stolen in transit. For your convenience, we include a pre-paid UPS shipping label in each package. In case you lost yours, here's the return address:

If the item you would like to return was not purchased directly through nau.com, please attempt to return it first through the original place of purchase. If you are unable to process a return through your original place of purchase, call us. We will do what we can.

If you'd like to exchange something for a different size or color, or just get something else all together, we'll pay for the shipping on the new order. Send the original item back and we'll issue a credit back to the card used to place the original order. Give us a call and we'll place a new order for you and waive the shipping.
For a warranty replacement without proof of purchase, the care label must be intact.
