Domestic ShippingNow offering free ground shipping on orders over $200 and free return shipping on all domestic orders.Our Warehouse will be closed on Monday, January 16th in observation of the MLK holiday. All orders placed between 3:00 PM on Friday, January 13th and 3:00 PM Monday, January 16 will ship on Tuesday, January 17th. This includes all overnight air and UPS 2-Day air orders. Our regular shipping schedule will resume on Tuesday, January 17th. We know how important it is that your orders are delivered on the exact right date. Our Shipping Partner, Rates and Services
We've chosen UPS, a founding member of the SmartWay Transport Partnership program, as our primary shipping partner. UPS has achieved the highest environmental ranking possible from the SmartWay Transport Partnership program. If you like, you can also choose to have your order shipped through the United States Postal Service.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping Schedule (non-holiday) Orders received before 3 p.m. PST will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after 3 p.m. PST will be shipped the second business day after it's received.
UPS does not deliver Nau packages on Satruday or Sunday.

Orders that are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS may take 5-7 business days to get to you from our warehouse in Chicago. Here is the shipping schedule for Overnight Air and 2 Day Air orders:
Holiday and Weekend Shipping If you place your Internet order over the weekend, or on an observed holiday, we'll usually process your order on the next business day. We do not ship on the following holidays:
Shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses We ship to both PO Boxes and APO addresses. Simply make your shipping choice "USPS" and enter your P.O. box, or APO address.
About our Warehouse Every time you order from Nau, you indirectly make a small contribution toward positive social change. Nau products are warehoused and shipped through Planet Access Company (PAC). PAC was founded in 1997 by Horny Toad and Search Developmental Center, a Chicago-based social service agency and provides third-party logistic services to businesses as well as employment training and paid work opportunities to people with developmental disabilities. About our Packaging We ship your purchases in shipping envelopes made of recycled content (50% post-consumer materials). We made this decision based on the results of a study commissioned by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and the U.S. EPA. The study analyzed over 20 packaging options and found that shipping items in envelopes resulted in the least environmental impact, including lower consumption of fossil fuels, less solid waste generated, and lower emissions.
