Nau gift cards are available in the amounts listed in the drop-down menu above, and may be redeemed for any item that's on nau.com. Add the cards to your cart just like any other product. You'll fill in the details of who it's for, and where it should go, at checkout.
Gift cards can only be redeemed online at nau.com, or by calling Nau's Customer Care (877-454-5628). They are not valid in stores where Nau product is sold.
Cards will be mailed to the shipping address you enter at checkout. They will arrive separately from other items on your order.
Note: We can only ship to one shipping address, per order. If you want the gift card to be sent to a different address (i.e., directly to your friend), it must be ordered separately from any product you are ordering for yourself (i.e., you'll need to place a second, unique order for the card).
If gift cards are the only items on your order, then you will receive free ground shipping. Regular rates apply for any expedited shipping requests.
Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Discount codes do not apply when purchasing gift cards.
You can not use a gift card to pay for a Changing Room order.
Cards are made from recycled and 100% certified biodegradable plastic and are printed with soy-based ink.
If one of our products fails to satisfy you at the time you receive it, or does not perform to expectations during its long lifetime, simply return it to us. We'll replace it or extend a refund.
Because we build sustainability into everything we make, our products are designed to have a long lifespan, longer sometimes than their usefulness to a single person. For this reason, we guarantee them to be free of manufacturer defects whether you're the first, second or simply most recent owner. Hand it down, pass it on, give it away: we'll warranty a product until normal wear and tear run their course. Please understand that we can not guarantee products employed for purposes other than their intended use, and that even under the best circumstances, we do expect they'll wear out before you do.

Whenever you send an item to us for an exchange or credit, it's best to use a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Please keep in mind Nau will not be responsible for goods that are lost or stolen in transit. Be sure to include your daytime phone, email address, mailing address and a short explanation of the problem we need to address. If we do need to send you a replacement, we'll pay the shipping.
For a warranty replacement without proof of purchase, the care label must be intact.
