According to Allison, the design community has sustainability all wrong. As a regular blogger for the NY Times and one of the original founders of Dwell magazine, she believes sustainability is a way of thinking, not just a set of principles to design by. It's a perspective that encompasses everything she does, from the words she writes to the garlic she grows.
Lately Allison has integrated more advocacy into her work, making even her career sustainable. To help feed her vision and fuel her favorite cause, we've partnered with Allison to donate 5% of every sale of the Chrysalis Dress to Civil Eats, an online hub that brings conversation about our food system to the kitchen table.
