We gladly accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or online store credit. If you have any questions about your product or return, we are here to help. Please do not hesitate to reach out.

  • • Items must be unworn, unwashed & have all original sale tags intact.
  • • Last Chance items are final sale & only eligible for online store credit upon return.
  • • If your item is returned beyond the 30-day window, we will contact you to discuss your options.
  • • If your item was not purchased on, please first attempt to return through the original place of purchase.

    To begin the return process, simply sign in using your Order number (US10000####) and email.

    1. Request a Return

    • View your Order. Click "Returns" found under your Order number at the top of the page.
    • • Enter in fields for each item you'd like to return.
    • • Click “Submit” & receive your request confirmation email.

    2. Receive

    • After 1-2 business days, find your Return Authorization & prepaid UPS shipping label in your inbox.
    • • If you're unable to locate this, check junk or promotion folders.

    3. Ship

    • Print your Return Authorization and UPS shipping label.
    • • Include your Return Authorization inside your package. Write your RA number (RA-00####) on the outside.
    • • Tape the UPS shipping label on your package & ship when ready!


    Once your return has arrived to our warehouse, it requires 5-7 business days to process. Once complete, we will issue the refund or online store credit and notify you at that time. Failure to include a Return Authorization in your return package may result in an inability to process your return.


    Please request a return & reorder the correct size or color when it's convenient for you. If you purchased the item at a sale price that is no longer available, give us a call to place the order and we will honor the original sale price for your reorder of the alternate size or color. We are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the time-intensive turnaround.

    Gift Returns

    Gift items must be unworn, unwashed & have all original sale tags intact. Gift item returns will be given online store credit, which can be used towards another size, color or any product at To begin the return process, please contact us directly with your name, phone, address, item name, size, color and order number (if possible).

    International Returns

    International orders that need to be returned are the responsibility of the customer. Nau does not cover the cost of shipping, taxes, duties or any international charges associated with returns.
