To begin the return process, simply use the complimentary return shipping label included in your package, to return any unwanted items.
Please follow the return instructions on the packing slip and send the items our way! We will notify you once we have received and processed the items.
If for some reason you have misplaced the return shipping label, please contact Customer Care, email@example.com. They will be more than happy to send you a new one. Please provide your Order Number(US1000####) and the items you intend to return. Thanks!
Please request a return & reorder the correct size or color when it's convenient for you. If you purchased the item at a sale price that is no longer available, give us a call to place the order and we will honor the original sale price for your reorder of the alternate size or color. We are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the time-intensive turnaround.
Gift items must be unworn, unwashed & have all original sale tags intact. Gift item returns will be given online store credit, which can be used towards another size, color or any product at Nau.com. To begin the return process, please contact us directly with your name, phone, address, item name, size, color and order number (if possible).
International orders that need to be returned are the responsibility of the customer. Nau does not cover the cost of shipping, taxes, duties or any international charges associated with returns.
