Performance: Most waterproof/breathable shells are woven; the Rebound is knit, resulting in a quiet, supple fabric offering exceptional 4-way stretch. The 3-layer waterproof/breathable laminate is treated with a DWR finish for added water repellency, while micro-fiber polyester in a fine gauge knit offers a uniquely soft, light hand. A fully adjustable, helmet-compatible hood offers added protection, and welded seams eliminate stitches and bulk.
Sustainability: The recycled polyester fabric was developed in partnership with Teijin, the fabric supplier behind ECOCIRCLE® technology, which produces fabric from post-consumer and post-industrial polyester waste. Closing the loop, at the end of its long life the Rebound Jacket can be recycled into polyester fibers for reuse.
