    Awesome Trench Coat

I recently purchased this trench coat and tested it on a trip to the SF Bay Area, where it was cold and windy!! I am super happy with my choice. I am 5'5", 125 lbs. compact build and the size S is perfect. If I had gone smaller, there would be no room for layers underneath as the cut is fairly straight. I can fit a thin merino sweater and a thin, light weight down jacket under the coat. The coat comes to just below my knee caps. For protection from the elements there is the high, snap-up collar, and the hood. There is a snap secured flap at the lower back of the coat for increased mobility. The sleeve length is perfect and if I want to completely expose my hands there is a snap cinch at the wrist. I spent 3 days beside the windy, freezing ocean and did not feel the cold, with my layers. The coat is a great wind blocker (it's lined), especially with the length!

    Lovely Jacket

I plan to take this on a trip to the Lake District in the UK this spring and so far it has been great in rainy Bay Area, SLC and Chicago trips!

    Great coat

I am going to Ireland, so I need a reliable rain coat. Got a S and I am 5'7" and 135 pounds. The coat fits perfectly. I wish there were brighter colors.

    Good purchase for me

I bought a medium because I want to be able to put it over sweaters or fleece. It works fine for that purpose. I am 5 ft 5, 130 pounds. If I were going to wear it without bulky stuff underneath, the S would have been better. Sleeves are too long, but I simply turned them up into a cuff and it works perfectly. Love that it hits me below the knee for better protection from heavy rain. Always feel stylish in Nau clothing and enjoy the compliments.

    Very happy

I am glad I read the other reviews before buying. I went down a size and am glad I did because the XS fits me perfectly - I would not have ever thought to buy it in that size otherwise! I’m 5’6” and 120 lbs., and it fits fine over my work suits. It’s very stylish and functional as well. Wish I had bought it sooner - would have been great for our cool and rainy October. It isn’t warm enough for a MN winter, which is now just around the corner!
